- Knowledge that must be possessed
- Knowledge of Islamic banking products.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism for Commercial Banks.
- Have at least 3 years experience as a Customer Service Bank, preferably have experience as a Customer Service at BCA
